Wonderfully quiet room for rent in Stoke Newington

The room itself

I'm leaving my lovely room and it could be yours! It's a great attic room, with one other bedroom and a bathroom on the same floor. On the floor below, there are two other bedrooms.

The area is excellent (just to the North East of Stoke Newington, with Springfield Park/Clapton within easy walking distance). It's so quiet - from out of the skylight you can see across the rooftops beyond London, and the air is always fresh and clear. It's about a 30 min walk to the centre of Dalston, and very close to the overground, with good connections to Liverpool Street etc.

My flatmates are lovely people, with a range of professions. All into cooking, all friendly and relaxed. Hobbies and diverse interests are very welcome in a new flatmate!

The house comes with two bathrooms, a great kitchen, and a generous sitting/dining room. It had just been done up when we moved in, and we have kept it very clean and tidy since, so we'd love someone who would also like to keep it that way. Otherwise, respectful and friendly are really the most important things we're looking for!

The room is technically unfurnished, but I'll be leaving my bed, mattress (v comfortable), and garment rail. If you can fix the bass amp, you can keep that too!
