A beautiful big 2-bed victorian conversion, located in the middle of Clapton and Stoke-Newington whilst also being a stroll away from Hackney marshes, is looking for a new house-mate. The flat is located behind the lovely Springfield Park.
I've created a space which (for the most part is furnished with second-hand vintage finds) and has been designed to make this ground floor light and spacious conversion feel like a sanctuary away (but within) the city. I'm looking for someone to take on my second room which is a large double in a very big and spacious 2-bed apartment.

My home has its own front door, large open hall-way which I use for yoga or an office studio, step-down kitchen into a green-house open living room which backs onto a large- garden. Complete with all mod-cons of broadband, Sky/NOW TV/Netflix, Dishwasher, FT subscription and also Odd Box Veg delivery bi-weekly.

I'm a creative director working in brand strategy and spend my working time at home/co-working spaces as a freelancer - until everything reopens. I'm into arts, creative crafts and yoga. I regularly entertain at home but also like my home to be a peaceful space.
Whilst my partying days are not over, I'm more of vino and experimental cooking kind of gal so would like someone to meet/live with someone with a similar tempo.

I'm looking for a someone who is interested in culture, enjoys their own time (as I like my solo time too) but will also want to go for walks, grab local coffees and make the most of this house during this incredible summer period. Initially, I'm looking for a professional with a steady income who is looking for a ready-made home that they can respect, keep clean and feel a part of in the heart of East London's vibey Neighbourhoods. The flat has two desk area spaces for WFH convenience.
