Bright room for rent in Stoke Newington

Hello,

I’m looking for a lodger for the spare room in my flat for a short term or Monday-Friday let.

The flat is between Stoke Newington and Clapton and is a spacious and light top floor 2 bed flat in an old Victorian terrace. It has a recently renovated open plan living and kitchen with a dining table and plenty of sofa space to relax in. There’s also a garden (not attached to the flat) where I spend summers growing veggies and plants.

The bedroom itself is light and is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a desk. There’s a built-in cupboard and large shelves and a separate wardrobe on the landing.

I’m the owner-occupier of the flat - I’m a 38 year old female and work as a freelance service designer (currently working from home), and my boyfriend also stays here for half of the time.

I’m really sociable and I like to be out and about quite a lot, but like to keep the flat very calm and chilled, it’s definitely not a party flat. I’m into live music, travels, hiking, comedy, theatre… the usual :) I’ve lived in the area for about 10 years now and absolutely love it!

The flat is 2 mins walk away from Rectory Road overground station which gets you to Liverpool street in 15 mins or you can go 2 stops in the opposite direction to get onto the Victoria line. Stoke Newington and Clapton both have tonnes going on and lots of green space nearby.

As a full time rental, rent is £900 per month, plus £200 for bills which includes a bi-weekly cleaner. For Monday-Friday lets I would discount appropriately.
