Great work space or base in a warm and friendly, busy house. Children are at nursery & school during the week and at home weekends/ holidays.

Location:
Fantastic location as we are directly opposite the tennis courts in Clissold Park and five minutes walk from plenty of cafes and independent shops on Church Street, Clissold Leisure Centre, Woodberry Wetlands and well connected transport routes. If you are sporty or love the outdoors then the opportunity for dawn jogs around the park are literally on your doorstep. Clissold House has a café with plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the river.
We use Clissold leisure centre a lot! There is a modern gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, three swimming pools, plenty of fitness classes available and a great café.

Transport:
15 minutes from Stoke Newington station (which goes to Liverpool street in 10 mintues). A short walk through the park to Arsenal station or Finsbury Park (Victoria & Piccadilly line).
Some excellent bus routes with frequent buses, (73 via Euston Station, Kings Cross & Oxford Street, 476 to Euston, 4 to Blackfriars Station, 19 to Battersea Bridge, 149 to Liverpool Street, 341 to Waterloo Station,141 to London Bridge Station, 106 to Finsbury Park Interchange).
