We are looking for a chilled, easy-going house mates to fill the final room in a 3-bed maisonette flat in the heart of Stoke Newington super close to gorgeous Church Street and Clissold park.

The flat is set over two floors, it has a large living/dining room and a balcony that is a total suntrap! (its been our lifesaver through lockdown), kitchen feat. amazing oven, and a fantastic flamingo themed bathroom.

There is one double room rooms available, both are unfurnished, however the room has abuilt in wardrobe, with extra room for storage.

Room - £685pcm

We are looking for a friendly, laid back professional that has their own things going on but is also happy to share a bottle of wine and watch some TV in the evening. You will be living with Liv (32), who works freelance in costume and Zach (30) who works in Research. The flat would suit people that are passed their raving days and are looking to find a little chilled haven in London.

The current contract ends in May, however the landlords are great and would ideally like the same tenants to stay, so the option to carry on the contract is there.

Bills (inc council tax) come to roughly: £70-90 each month, depending on the time of year.

Parking also available in gated parking lot.
