Bright double room in Stoke Newington

Hello! Looking for a new housemate to move in to our lovely house in Stoke Newington - £557 a month + bills (between £35-£55each) aaand one months deposit. Move in is from December 1st. Tenancy agreement is 6months (however with renewal!)

About us:

Virgil: 21, from Copenhagen– works as a bartender and model.
Maddi: 24, from spain and works as a camera technician and assistant.
Diego: 24, also from spain, works as a photographer.
Darryl: 28, from Ghana, does art direction and photography and other creative bits.
Jordan: 21, also from Copenhagen, work as bartender and has prospects of studying.

The House:
The house is a 2 storey, 6-bedroom house with a garden, 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one on the ground floor) and a kitchen. The room is located on the ground floor and has an entrance to the garden. The room is unfurnished, but if you need a bed or drawers - I’m sure we can sort that for you - up to you <3. House is located really conveniently in Stoke Newington, with all the amenities You could wish for; a 24hour shop 30 seconds away + a handful of major supermarkets just across the road. Busses to Finsbury Park and Seven sisters just across the road. 10min walk to Dalston + overground and bus is super close!
We are all good friends in the house and enjoy spending time together; cooking, having a drink, Watching a movie or whatever else we feel like, with respect for each other’s privacy Still ofc. If there’s anything you wanna know, then drop us a message :)
