Bright double room in Stoke Newington

Hello! We have a spare room coming up from the 8th June for 6 months (maybe more), in our lovely flat in Stoke Newington just across the road from Hackney Downs park. Its a really reasonable price, (£554pcm + ~£100 bills) and close to Stoke Newington, Clapton and Dalston high streets.

We have a large shared living room and as a sociable house we like to spend time together when we can, but also do our own thing inside and outside of the house.

As well as the large shared lounge we have a good-sized kitchen, and a big private patio in a shared courtyard that gets the afternoon sun! The flat is split level so feels really spacious.

The bedroom is light, and comes with a 4ft bed and a chest of drawers. It's on the cosy side but the flat is spacious enough that you won't feel cramped. Our lovely flatmate has spent 4 happy years in the room.

We're Tor and Phoebe. We work in academic research and arts marketing. Tor is a keen cyclist and the Queen of Hobbies. Phoebe is a big music fan. We have been working from home part time and will likely continue that way for the foreseeable. We have a large lounge table and it's been working well so far. Happy to discuss arrangements!
