About the house:
This is a 3-bed flat, split between the ground level and first floor of a 3-storey Victorian house. It is semi-detached with a covered side alley for outdoor storage, and a decking extending along the side and back of the house into the garden. You can enter the house via the front door (shared with upstairs flat), or via the side alley and into the back garden. The garden is south facing and gets sun all day. There are 2 sets of French doors at the back of the house, both open out into the garden. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor; they are separate rooms, but open plan. There is one bathroom with a shower and bath on the first floor. None of the bedrooms are en-suite. Both of the advertised bedrooms are on the first floor. The third bedroom is on the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen.

Bedroom 1 opens onto the front of the house. Bedroom 2 opens onto the back of the house and gets the most sunshine.

About me:
I am a 30 year old healthcare professional, from Dublin. I’ve been in London for 1 year and have lived in this flat the entire time. I have really enjoyed exploring and getting to know the local area. I do shift work, with night shifts once per month and weekend work once per month. For that reason, this place is not suitable if you work from home full-time, as it is an old house and the noise travels. If you WFH part-time, we can definitely work something out. I like cooking and having people over for dinner. We have put a lot of effort into making the garden pretty, feel free to get involved! I am very laid-back but I like the place to be clean and clutter free in the communal areas. After work, I usually go to the pottery studio, hang out at home, or go out for dinner. I’m looking to create a chill homely vibe, not a party atmosphere. Would love to find people that are looking for something similar, so that we can be friends and live harmoniously and independently.
