The room is £1050 plus bills (roughly £40 per month). Direct rental from the landlord (nice and very responsive), so no agency fees. Available from the 15th September. Single occupancy or couples welcome. You will have your own private ensuite bathroom including bath, shower, toilet, sink and share communal space with just 2 others.

THE HOUSE: Classic Victorian house with hard wood floors and lots of space. The flat is a split level ground floor flat. There is a big kitchen with table, bright living room with two comfy couches and projector for movie nights, and a good size garden with table and lounge chairs. Gas central heating.

LOCATION: Quiet residential road right in front of Stoke Newington Common (Osbaldeston Road). Minutes by foot to both Stoke Newington High Street and Church Street. Well-connected to the overground and multiple bus lines (5 minute walk to Stoke Newington overground, 10 minutes by bus to Dalston)

HOUSEMATES: Sharing with Tom, an illustrator, 28, and Rachel, a painter, 31.

YOU: Are chilled, respectful, clean, considerate and drama free. Ideally working full time but covid so we get it :)

We are all laid back and respectful of each other. Looking for someone to join our home who is like minded, not shy to have a few flat drinks every now and then, but also has their own things going on.
