Double bedroom in the heart of Stokey!

I'm sadly moving out as I'm going travelling, and so we’re looking for someone to fill a double bedroom in our absolute gem of a house in Stoke Newington. It's less than five minutes walk from Church Street and a stone's throw away from our local, The Londesborough. Close by are the lovely green spaces Clissold and Abney park. Connections are a 10-15 minute walk to Stoke Newington, Dalston Kingsland / Junction and Rectory Road Overground stations, with bus links pretty much everywhere.

The room up for grabs is a double bedroom, which is bright and airy, with large window and carpet flooring. It’s a spacious room so plenty of space for storage and to work from home! The current furniture is up for sale, but your own furniture can be brought too.

We’ve got a big shared living room, kitchen / dining room and a beautiful garden which we did up last summer (equipped with a gas BBQ and plenty of bike storage)! Then a modern bathroom, with a decent shower and bath. The house is warm and cosy with art and furniture throughout, and has recently been re-decorated.

You will be sharing with Mike, Leanne and Harry. They're an easy going and sociable house who enjoy a few drinks together, a good tv series to binge, or find themselves in food coma after meals out. That said, everyone likes to be busy and have varying schedules so are never clambering over each other.

We’re keen for the next housemate to fit in with the Nevill Road family as well, so it’s important to find the right person, ideally looking for a female aged around 25-30 to keep the balance.

Rent is £697, with bills around £120 - £130 extra each a month. The house is on a rolling contract and the deposit is £690.

Move-in date is 4th March.
