Double room in 3 bed flat in Stoke Newington

We are two friends who are looking for a third flatmate to join us in our three bedroom flat in Stoke Newington, where we have lived for nearly 2 years.

The room is a small double, furnished with a small double bed, with storage space underneath, a large fitted wardrobe, a small fold down desk and shelves fitted. The room would be best suited to someone who doesn't work from home.

The flat has a shared living room, which is open planned with the kitchen/ dining area and there is a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a small balcony off of the living room.

The flat is on the first floor of a block of flats, in a friendly estate, close to clissold park, the reservoirs and down the road from Church Street. There's a 106 bus stop right outside and the flat is walking distance from Stoke Newington overground station (10 mins), Manor House tube station (15mins) and Finsbury Park station (25 mins).

The room is £650 a month and bills are approx £110 per month each. The deposit is £846.15

You would be sharing with Caitlin and I, who are good friends, looking for a housemate interested in creating a home where we share dinners, watch TV together and chill. We are both sociable and spend time out seeing friends and like to have friends round for dinner and drinks, but also want a home we can have downtime in as well. Caitlin is a writer and also loves Film, TV and going to gigs. She's also recently got into baking! I'm into gardening, yoga, and going out dancing. We are looking for a laid back housemate, who is kind and considerate and will keep the flat clean.

The tenancy starts on the 16th May and you would need to go through agency reference checks. We are looking for someone who wants to stay long term and we are signing a 2 year tenancy but we have the option to request a change of sharer, should any of us wish to leave before the end of tenancy. (This is what we are doing currently to replace our third housemate who is moving out)
