Short term room in great 2-Bed flat

Hey there,

I’m leaving to Spain next week (w/c 4th of July) for the summer and would like to rent my room ASAP. I’ll probably be returning by September (exact date is negotiable depending on your needs) although might eventually stay longer.

The 2-bed flat has an open plan kitchen/dining/living space and a shared bathroom (used by you and the current flatmate). It is very well located in a great area. 5 min walk from Tesco and other shops. Plenty of restaurants and Dalston is just a 10’ walk away.

You will be living with Sam, a 34 years old Italian software engineer, very passionate about travelling, music, and philosophy. He is very friendly and always down for a sofa chat or movie night, although he’s very respectful and will respect your privacy. He is clean and tidy so the house is always in a good condition, and will be expecting someone similar. He works from home and travels quite a lot, so he might not be home that often.
