Stoke Newington one-bed flat - Lease handover

Hi there,

I'm moving out of this great one-bedroom flat on Allen Road in Stoke Newington to move in with my girlfriend. You would be taking over the lease for this property, which runs until 22 September 2026 (though with the new regulation this may become a rolling lease anyway).

The price is the current rental price for the property. There is a handover fee of 250 pounds for changing lease. Please note the deposit amount listed is what I paid in 2022. This may be slightly different now as the rent as changed slightly also.

The flat is suitable for one person, maybe two. It comes partially furnished, i. e. it includes the black table and chairs in the pictures, along with the white wardrobe in the bedroom. The other pieces are mine, though you are welcome to enquire about keeping things in the flat.

This flat is in a great location in Stoke Newington with a short walk to Clissold Park and Newington Green. There are lovely cafes and pubs close by. Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations are 15 mins walk away and there are buses to Angel, Kings Cross and beyond from Newington Green, which is 6 mins walk away.

The flat has a great open plan kitchen and lounge area with workspace. The kitchen uses gas and everything works well. There is a neighbour upstairs who is very nice and helpful. Any questions let me know.
