Hey there!

We are Liv, Stella and Joe. We’re looking for a woman/non binary person to join us as our newest housemate starting 1 April (although the room is available a bit earlier).

The location is amazing - the house is almost right on top of the reservoirs, and so it's super close to the West Reservoir Centre for outdoor swimming and The Castle for climbing. It’s a 10 minute walk to Church Street and Clissold park, and 10 minutes to Manor House station. Rent is £700/month and bills normally comes to £100 on top.

The room is on the top floor, gets amazing sun in the afternoon, and comes with the basic furniture. We have two full bathrooms so you'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

About us: we’re a friendly, fairly outdoorsy bunch - runners, cyclists (between the three of us we have 6 bikes, but there’s room for yours), very occasional climbers. We love swimming at the reservoir and lazing about in the garden in the summer - it’s admittedly looking a little rough at the moment, but it’s lovely when the sun is out. Another gardener would be very welcome!

We’re all lefties, in our early-mid 30s, and looking for someone who is kind, considerate, and wants to help make the house feel homey for us all. Two of us are veggie/vegan, so being veggie would be a plus.
