Creative household with careers ranging from fashion, theatre, tech, tattoo artist, music, carpentry, antique restoration and gardening. 
We’re a super friendly bunch who love having a laugh, hanging out but also value a quiet, relaxing home and being respectful of one and other. 
We’re so lucky to make use of the outside space, especially in the summer. It’s our little sun trap escape from London madness, you’ll forget you’re even in big smoke. Ideally looking for someone who is willing to be part of the community and make this space really work for them the way we have built a life for ourselves here.

Area:
Stoke Newington is great, green and calm. We’re in a small community of creative warehouses with shared outside space and lots of friendly faces in the courtyard. Light the fire pit and someone is always about to have a drink by the fire. There’s always lots happening around in the various houses.
We often all get together for drinks outside or cook a meal and socialise. Equally all respect each others space. It’s a great mix of good craic with a no pressure vibe.

House:
The house is an old music studio conversion situated within a gated community amongst a number of other warehouses, it is fairly quiet though some of us play/make music. Half of us are working from home, half out. The house is a really nice large space with an old grand piano, big kitchen, living area, two bathrooms. There’s also lots of storage and plants (more welcome), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryers, gas hob oven and all the basic essentials.

Room :
It’s a very large room with 2 INTERNAL windows leading to the living space and your own door leading to the courtyard which lets in lots of light. Lots of storage space and room to work in. The room comes furnished but you’re welcome to bring your own stuff too! The room is very isolated and private with thick stone walls with great soundproofing unlike the standard cardboard warehouse. 

The last few photos shows plans to knock through the wall in the adjacent storage room, making the room even bigger and to have access to your very own personal entrance/exit! The door lets in lots of light and opens the room up into the courtyard transforming the room into your very own apartment!
This work will be taking place this week and ready before your move in date. 

We plan to do viewings on 16th & 17th of October and make a decision by 20th October. We know searching for a new home is stressful so we think its better for us as well as yourself to secure a housemate soon after the viewings as to not long the process out.

Rent for Room :
£1165pcm bills inc.

Deposit is 1 months rent

Deposit will be required on 20th October to secure the room.
Then 1st months rent on the 1st of November.

We’re not looking for short-term rentals, but someone who’s passionate about making this their home.
