Double room near Stoke Newington / Stamford Hill

I’m Looking for someone to take my double room in a 2 bed apartment as I’m moving out in May - very flexible on the date, can be anywhere between 4th and 22nd of May.

My flatmate, Sansa (24) is lovely, very welcoming and has two very sweet cats (Athena and Aphrodite).

Cozy double room with a big built-in closet, window is overlooking a garden. Comes furnished or unfurnished - all the items in the photos are mine and I’m open to leaving or getting rid of any if you’ve got your own.

Toilet and bathroom are separate, there’s also a washer/dryer . The living room is really big and south-facing so beautiful all year round but super nice in the summer!

4min walk to Stamford Hill (25mins from Liverpool Str on the Weaver Like)
Just 2mins to the nearest bus stops
12 min walk to Manor House station

Also loads of space for bike storage inside the apartment.

Only 10 mins away from Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church street, and right next to the West reservoir!
Either me or my flatmate will be around for viewings throughout the week so very flexible on timings.
