There is a large bedroom/living room (5 metres × 4 metres) + a small kitchen + bathroom.
The flat is unfurnished but my landlord is happy to provide a bed if you need it.
The location is wonderful!
It's opposite a small park, near a supermarket, a pub, a café etc...
15 minutes walking from Dalston Kingsland Station and 8 minutes walking from all the bus stops.
It's big enough for a couple.
All bills included.

Very important: in order to get it you need to have a full time job contract.
