We are a family in our 30s with a young baby looking for a single person or couple to lodge in the down stairs of our home. Including two big rooms, a spacious bathroom and we would be sharing the kitchen and garden. The two rooms could be used as a bedroom and a living room.

The type of people we are after is kind, friendly, considerate, up for the odd dinner together and generally clean.

We are easy going people who care a lot about our home environment. I am a newly qualified nurse and freelance artist. Whilst my partner is a fashion photographer. We both work flexible ours and are home quite a lot when not working. Our son is a pretty laid back baby but obviously he is still a baby and cry’s sometimes, so please only contact us if you are happy to live with a baby. Please note that we are renting two big rooms and a spacious bathroom at the bottom of our home for a total of £1600 including bills. This option wasn't available on the spare room add so we have uploaded them as two separate rooms.
