A room becomes free in our superb flat shared in Stoke Newington Church Street! Available from May the 15th.

Right in the heart of the neighbourhood, our flat is located at the beginning of its main commercial road, where all conveniences gather : Sainsbury’s, Pret, Wholefoods, Fishmonger, Florist, Hairdresser, Beauty Salons, Gifts Shop, Bookshop, Gym, Library, Pubs, Restaurants, Bars, Coffee shops, Deli’s, etc.. all within 5 minutes walk distance.
Our area is luckily both vibrant during weekends (various markets) and yet also quiet and peaceful most of the time as the street has been primarily made pedestrian a couple years ago : best of both worlds!
If you don’t know about Stokey : has a very friendly spirit, a lively street life, trendy vibe and thriving independent businesses : a blend of urban energy and community warmth.

Across the street is Abney Park which is good for nice walks, and continuously down our street is the splendid Clissold Park ( with its deers, goats, ponds, cafe, tennis/basketball court, festival, skatepark..) within 5-10 minutes walk.
The nearest train station is Stoke Newington Station (Overground) and the closest bus stops are all within 5 minutes walk with routes : 73, 476, 393, 149, 243, 76, 67, 106, 276 some leading directly in Central London.
