A room is available in our flat share in Stoke Newington Church Street from 1st of March!

Right in the heart of the Stokey, we’re located in the church street, where all conveniences gather: bakeries, Sainsbury’s, Pret, Wholefoods, Fishmonger, Florist, Hairdresser, Beauty salons, gift shops, Gym, Library, Pubs, Restaurants, Bars, Coffee shops, Delis, Parks, and so on, pretty much everything within a 5-minute walking distance. 🤗
Our area is luckily both vibrant during weekends (various markets) and yet also quiet and peaceful most of the time as the street has been primarily made pedestrian a couple of years ago.
The neighbourhood is friendly spirit, has lively street life, trendy vibe, and independent businesses. Great energy and community warmth.

Across the street is Abney Park, for nice walks, and continuously down our street (5-10 minute walk) is the fab Clissold Park (with its deer, goats, ponds, cafe, tennis/basketball court, festival, skatepark..).
The nearest train station is Stoke Newington Station (Overground) and the closest bus stops are all within a 5-minute walk with routes: 73, 476, 393, 149, 243, 76, 67, 106, 276 some leading directly to Central London.

• The Room:

- Bright, with large windows and curtains.
- Spacious, double, with high ceilings.
- Situated on the middle floor, isolated from the living room noise, and also next to the bathroom.
- Furnished with double bed, cabinet with 6 drawers, table with 3 drawers. (+ optional : white working desk & office chair)

Note: Except bed, we can remove other furnitures you don't like.
