Large double room in converted wearhouse, in safe area, with garden and balcony overlooking the river Lea.
This can be short term or longer depending on needs, but must commit to a minimum of 3months.

Room £850pcm
Large double room with mains radiator and window opening onto private side of the property.
Comes with double bed, mattress, and some storage.

The Studio;
The studio has two open floors.
Downstairs floor has a large living/dinning area with open kitchen, and shared bathroom with shower & toilet.
Upstairs floor has a desk and creative space with a second sofa.

The Wearhouse;
We also have a communal garden with allotments, workshop, bike shed, and balcony overlooking the river lea that is shared with a small community of very relaxed lovely people. The wearhouse is situated in a gated industrial area in Stamford Hill so the area is very safe, however it is walking distance to Stoke Newington if you want something more lively.

The wearhouse offers a community vibe with many different characters so it's important to not be prejudice in any way. We enjoy the occasional event, dinner, and gathering however this is not a party house. In the house we have very different working schedules, so its important to be respectful of noise.

Me;
You'll be sharing with me, I'm in my late 30's, I work nights in a casino, and a woman in her late 20's who works days in a cafe.

Ideally looking for someone who understands living considerately with other adults. It's important to keep noise to a minimum while others are sleeping and to be respectful when it comes to cleaning up after ourselves.
Pets are considered however due to allergies we sadly cant accept cats (unless hypoallergenic).

Transport;
---We are situated right on the river Lee and have a bike ramp that goes directly onto the tow path.
---There is parking on the nearby streets (2 min walk) and you can get a resident/visitor permit (extra cost) for this via the council website.

Public transport;
Seven sisters tube 20min walk
Stamford Hill overground 10min
South Tottenham overground 15min
Clapton overground 25min
Tottenham Hail station 20min walk
Bus stop to Liverpool Street is 10mins.

Easy access to Luton, Stansted, Gatwick, & Heathrow (if you're a regular traveller like me).
