Posted this ad a while ago for a short term let but now looking for a long term tenant to take over my room in an incredible flat just off of Stoke Newington's lovely Church St. It’s a minute walk away from super nice bakeries (Spence), pubs (Auld shillelagh), and great restaurants (Rasa, Escocesa, Calong). The flat itself is a 2 bedroom penthouse with a small wraparound terrace that has 360 views of the city and allows for great daylighting!

There's 1 friendly flatmate (Barney), and we'd be looking for someone new to move in from Feb.

- Views of the city of London, the Shard, St. Pauls (beautiful sunsets from here)

- Bright throughout the day as its on the top floor (floor 4)
- Comes with double bed, wardrobe

The Flat:
- 2 bedrooms total
- Shared kitchen and living room
- Parapet terrace wrapping around the entire flat
- Washer, heating, and all the essentials
- Bike storage on ground level

- 10 second walk to Church St and all its amazing local spots
- 2-minute walk to Clissold Park and Abney Cemetery
- 2-minute walk to 73 bus that takes you anywhere central
- 12-minute walk to Stoke Newington overground
- Close to parks, shops, and cafes

Rent & Bills:
- Rent: £1075/month
- Bills: Approx. £100–£140/month
