1 room available in a 2BR/1BA split-level just off Church St near The Auld Shillelagh and The Clarence.

73 bus a 4 min walk away, Stoke Newington Station 12 min walk. 4 minutes from Abney Park, 8 from Clissold.

Shared garden out back. Flat is available 1 Feb — because of travel we're hoping to find someone before the holiday break.

Flat has a large shared kitchen and living room, bathroom with tub and shower and lots of light. The available room has a window facing the street and two very large built in shelving/storage wardrobes. The flat has a LOT of storage and built in cabinetry. The leaving flatmate is willing to sell a white Ikea Brimne bedframe for a reasonable price, but new flatmate will have to bring a mattress as she is taking hers.

About you:

You’re excited to take advantage of the neighborhood, tidy, friendly, and looking to create a warm, easygoing home. Ideally you are willing to provide a couple things for the flat (e. g., a vacuum, drinking glasses, bistro table). I’ve got us covered on the couch, coffee table, kitchen table + chairs, dishes, pots/pans, and ceiling light.

About the flatmate who is staying: Early 30s American, respectful of shared spaces, and down for the occasional glass of wine or tea. I work regular hours with a max of two days WFH (usually less).
