Large Double attic room with ensuite

Alright Spareroom,

I’m Jordan, 32 lived in this flat for 2 and a half years, like night out/ nights in…
Basically it’s finally time I move in with my girlfriend
So looking for someone to take over me on the tenancy,
There’s 4 months left, it runs out June 28th. The other two guys who I live with want to extend so ideally looking for someone who’s looking to stay put and enjoy Hackney/Stoke Newington

Flat is through Location Location so will have to have a reference check which is pretty standard, this isn’t a sublet so completely safe and above board through an estate agent.

Flat/room:
Large maisonette flat over 3 floors.
The room I’m in which you’ll be renting is a top floor attic room (I’m 6”3 and head doesn’t even come near the roof) which has two sky lights which get the sunset, it has a private/ en suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink/ storage with another skylight, gets the sunrise which is nice on a morning before work.
Has a large storage cupboard space in the room which is ideal if you have any kit/ hobby stuff which would take up space.
Happy to leave my bed which I got 2 years ago(in the pictures) paid £550 for it but my lass has a bed and can’t have two..
Other two bedrooms are downstairs, with large living room with sache windows and a fireplace.
Kitchen has oven, gas hob (which is a touch) dishwasher, washing machine, fridge everything by you’d expect. Has a breakfast bar with two high seats which is nice to have a meal/ sit and chat on an evening when people are on the hobs or a change of scene from your bedroom if you WFH.
Also we have a garden/decking area which we are the only ones with access too, ideal in the summer, which you enter through the communal area in the townhouse where we store our bikes, so if you have a bike it’s not on the street which also comes in handy.

Flatmates:
Matty is from Birmingham, works in fashion wholesale for a fashion brand so is in Paris twice a year, Dubai twice a year and works from the office, met him at YFR run club and he’s a keen runner

Paddy is from Stockport and is a DOP Director of photography, for fashion brands, super chill guy who’s only lived in london around 6months so is new to the area, so someone who I’m sure is keen to be shown around and also explore with
Travels a lot for work doing cool shoots while i sit in the office.

Both really chill and easy going guys, both like to chat but also enjoy their own time.
