- Just a short walk to Stoke Newington Church Street with its cafés, pubs, and independent shops
- Close to Clissold Park, Abney Park Cemetery, and Springfield Park — perfect for weekend walks, runs, or summer picnics
- Well connected with easy bus routes and Overground links into central London (7 min walk)
- Morrisons – 10 min walk
- Lidl – 15 min walk
- Around 15–20 minutes’ walk to Dalston for a mix of nightlife, bars and restaurants

The Room:
* Furnished- wardrobe with full length mirror, sofa bed, chest of draws, double bed, desk (optional)
* big window lots of light, overlooking the back garden

The Flat:
* 3 bedrooms
* 1 bathroom
* Shared kitchen/living room/garden
* Rent: £884/pm plus bills (£100-150)
*bbq (we love having a summer bbq party!)

About Us:

You’ll be living with two friendly, easy-going housemates (26 and 27) who work in professional roles and are in the office 2–3 times a week. We’re sociable and enjoy a good kitchen catch-up, the occasional shared dinner, or a cheeky wine on a week night! We like a relaxed, calm home that feels welcoming at the end of the day. We keep the place tidy and take pride in making it feel homely.

About You:
Ideally, you’re a working professional aged 25+, clean, considerate, and up for the occasional glass of wine or pub trip- while also appreciating downtime and your own space.

Move-in Date: End of March (ideally 28th-31st)
