Two rooms available in beautiful large home

Hello,

We are looking for two new housemates to join us in our large home in Stamford Hill/Stoke Newington. The house is a 13 minute walk to Church Street and a 9 minute walk to the Stoke Newington overground. The area is very safe and we are on a quiet and cul de sac street.

The house is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms spread over 3 floors with a massive backyard and living space. The are two rooms available - one single room on the upper floor and a large double room on the first floor. Bills are ~£90 per month (including a cleaner). Both rooms come with a bed.

About us: You'd be living with myself and my girlfriend (who share a room) and two other people. We've all become good friends and enjoy each others company but also respect each others downtime. We enjoy eating and watching films together, but are also out a lot. Our interests include travel, theatre, cinema, art, current affairs, nature, music, going out for a drink and a dance. We are quite creative people and ideally you are too.

About you: Ideally you are working, sociable and clean (very important). We are generally just looking for an open minded, kind and cool person to join our home. You'll need to provide evidence of your financial standing (payslip, savings etc) just so we know you can cover the rent.
