Heya, two lads are moving out of this lurvely 4 bed in Stoke Newington, perfectly between Church Street and Dalston High St and the two girls left are looking to keep the house long term.
The contract will go to rolling from April, then once housemates are fully sorted, they would like to sign a new lease!
Upstairs room (FURNISHED) 950pcm - available from 4th April
Downstairs room (UNFURNISHED) 950pcm - available from 26th April
Bills usually come to £180 including a weekly cleaner.
The two current housemates:
Ella - 28 Full time, works from home
Alice - 28 PhD student and Part time working
+ Josh 28 Hybrid full time (leaving 26th April)
They are mostly looking someone mature who’s tidy and considerate of others. Ideally 26+ and are aiming for at least 1 guy for balance.
Both very sociable and bubbly, but not looking for party animals. Dinner parties and the odd boogie are appreciated though!
Ella is considering getting a puppy (for herself) in the near future so liking dogs is a plus ++++
