Double room available in our lovely Stoke Newington warehouse!

We have a spacious room available to rent from the beginning of April in our homely flat, for £800 a month including current utility rates and a house kitty.
There are 7 of us in the flat and also our cat Norman (featured in a lot of the pictures)

Yasmin, (me) I work in Fashion and currently studying an MA in film.

We are a creative and friendly household and we regularly go out for drinks and have meals, watch films together (and occasional house party) and we are looking for someone who fits our laid back but sociable vibe.
We are a lgbt friendly household and are all in our late 20s, early 30s.

The flat
Its a 7 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat over 2 floors. We have 2 large living spaces and also a large kitchen/diner too so we never feel too cramped and always have our own space if we need it.
We are currently giving the flat a little makeover and are lucky that the landlord allows us to decorate in anyway we like!

The room

The room is a spacious double bedroom. There is furniture already in the room if needed but feel free to take or leave this. Also a plus, you can decorate and paint the room however you would like!

About you
We would like someone to move in who is friendly and sociable and wants to feel part of a home. As long as you bring good energy to the flat that's all we want :)
