Myself (23) and Kofee (25) are looking for a third tennant to take a spare room in our 3 bedroom flat in Stoke Newington. Rent is £883 pcm excluding bills with a deposit of one months rent.

I’m a Designer and Kofee works in Film. We're both very clean and tidy, easygoing and sociable and are looking for someone a similar age to us.
The contract is usually a year however, this is a takeover contract until 3rd November with the option to resign. Move in date is currently 2nd May.
