Room in gorgeous 4 bed flat in Stoke Newington

Hi!

Sadly moving out of my room in a 4 bed in Stoke Newington which has been home for the last 2 years. We’re looking for someone to move in May 2nd ideally but can be discussed for a later date also.

The other girls currently live there are all in their late 20s professional/creative people. We are all pretty social, we have become close friends over the last two years and also mix our friend groups together. We also all have our own things going on. So looking for someone that can fit nicely fit in with this!

We have the occasional bigger BBQs/parties/gatherings etc around ours which have been fun. But we don’t do early morning afters at ours and are all super respectful of each other which is important ofc !

I’ve lived in London for coming up to ten years and this has been the best place I’ve stayed imo!

The Room:

A big double room with plenty of natural light. The room is unfurnished (comes with the bed). I will be trying to sell a lot of my furniture so that can be discussed if you’d like any!

Also the room will have its own private bathroom, not an ensuite but you will have exclusive use of this wonderful facility.

The House:

It has a shared kitchen living area and garden. we like to keep the place clean and well-maintained. We’re pretty relaxed but like to keep the place clean.

Location:
The location is 10/10, being close to Clissold which is great for the coming summer weather.

Only a minute’s walk from Church Street with shops, supermarkets, and cafes etc nearby. Very calm and wholesome area. Also Dalston only 15 mins walk away.

Nearest stations are Rectory Road or Stoke Newington (Overground) with direct links to Liverpool Street station. Also Highbury and Finsbury station are not far either.

& importantly, Stoke Newington feels like a very safe and pleasant neighbourhood.

£ 1175 per month (bills not included)
