Massive Room in Stoke Newington

Huge room right in the heart of Stoke Newington

I’m sadly moving out to change areas, so looking for someone to take my double room

Details:
The room is bright with 3 huge windows, and you get the sunshine in the mornings.

The room is huge, with lovely wooden cabinets and furniture. I moved in with lots of stuff and still had plenty of room!

All the housemates are great and we get on well.

Brand new shower was just fitted by the landlord, and they are planning to replace the cooker/fridge soon.

The location is the best part, right next to Stoke Newington high street with Dalston and Stokey village on the doorstep.

Transport wise, Stoke Newington and Dalston are a 15 min walk (or 5 min bike), and there are plenty of buses. Rectory Road (weaver line) is a 10 min walk.

Perfect for someone working in the City. I work in Shoreditch and takes about 15 mins if you cycle, or the weaver line goes straight to Liverpool Street.

Bills change depending on the weather but in the summer they are about £90 winter £100
