£950 double bedroom in Stokey rooftop flat

Hey folks!

A double bedroom flat in what is admittedly a cosy room, but the massive windows combined with a great wardrobe/storage solutions genuinely made it somehow feel really open.

The room is in a top floor 3 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms. The views are legitimately incred (especially the sunsets), and the balcony is huuge, ideal for summer bbq's (or inflatable pool parties when it gets too hot, see pics!).

I'm leaving to move in with my partner, otherwise I would have happily stayed for another good while. Rent is £950 + bills (about £1050 or so all in). Your tenancy would officially start 26th May, but if you need earlier we can negotiate (I'm planning to move my stuff out on the 17th so there is flex).

You'd be living with Inbar, a real gem of a person who loves trash telly and hosting dinner parties and who plans to stay for the foreseeable, and Jacqui, who is also looking to move around July (so scope for a pal to join you eventually if you'd like! Or you can ask for her room...which is bigger!).

Looking for a person who will ideally be looking to stay long term, treat the house like a home and who is open to the occasional hang out and giggle!
