Double room in lovely Stoke Newington house

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely home in Stoke Newington. The available room is a large double room at the top of the house, with an en suite bathroom. The house actually has four bedrooms, but we keep the fourth bedroom as a spare room/study for communal use.

The house is Victorian with a small garden on a quiet, tree-lined street, 30 seconds' walk from Church Street and five minutes' walk from the high street. So within very easy reach of all the cafes, pubs, shops and hipster boutiques you could ever possibly need! We are also five minutes' walk from the gorgeous Clissold Park.

The room is furnished and will be available from 01 April. We'll be around for viewings next weekend.

About us: We're out quite a bit (theatre, cinema, seeing friends, all the usual stuff) but we also both work a lot from home. We are fairly sociable and cook for each other, chat over cups of tea, watch TV together etc.

About you: Ideally you'd be working or a mature student. No couples - sorry. The room is large, so you'd have your own space, but we'd like someone who is looking to be sociable and make the house their home too.
