Hello, we’re looking for a flatmate to join our lovely home!

We have a double room available in our 3 bed, split-level flat in Stoke Newington. It’s a 1-minute walk from Rectory Road station (or a 30 second sprint if there's a train due!). You’d be sharing with Majella and Anna, two friendly professionals.

*MOVE IN DATE: 4th April)*

Room price: £900 pcm
Deposit: £725 (protected under DPS)
Bills: Between £130-£140pcm

The flat:
- Fully furnished 🛋️
- Split-level (2 floors)
- A large, bright and homely separate living room with south-facing windows 🌞
- A recently fitted kitchen with all mod cons. Washer and dryer.
- Plenty of storage space, including a decent sized separate storage room.
- A safe place to store your bike 🚲
- 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 extra toilet downstairs.
- Directly above a lovely café (Bake Street... if you know you know!) 🥐

The room:
- A lovely, bright double. It’s got a laminate floor, a large built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe and double glazed windows. There’s also a new bed frame and mattress.

Transport:
- 1-minute walk to Rectory Road Station which is 15 minutes overground to Liverpool Street Station. 4-minute train trip to Seven Sisters where you can change directly to the Victoria line.
- Buses: 73, 393, 149, 76, 67, 276, 106 🚌

Flatmates:
- Majella is 37, Irish, and works full time in the arts sector.
- Anna is 28, Australian, works full time in music production (doesn’t bring the music home!)

We’re both warm, down-to-earth and love a natter over a cuppa!

We’re hoping to find someone chilled who likes to socialise (eg. watch TV or have dinner together), but also understands the need for privacy and not needing to live in each others’ pockets ☺️

We’re a non-smoking flat, clean and house-proud. We like to keep the communal areas tidy and are very considerate of other housemates. We think this makes for a happy home 🏡

Otherwise we’re very laid back, open-minded, inclusive and easy to get on with 🌊
