Bright Airy Double Room in Family House

Bright and spacious double bedroom in a large family house. We are a family of 5, two girls aged 10 and 14, and a boy aged 17.

We are looking for a child friendly female to move into our spare double bedroom. Located in a quiet residential street the room is facing the garden and benefits include a private bathroom right next to the bedroom. You will have to share our family kitchen and can use our washing machine, wireless-broadband and garden for free. We are a vegetarian and TV free household and we also have 2 cats.

We would welcome someone who gets along well with children and who is looking for a long term place ideally. The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk a chair a shelf and a wardrobe (plain white IKEA). It will accommodate some extra small pieces of furniture you may have but we cannot move out any of the furniture that is there.

We live 5-10 minutes walk from Church Street the vibrant centre of Stoke Newington with many independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

Would suit a young professional who works in London and wants to live in a much sought-after area. A one month deposit is required. No couples please, the house is pretty full of people already and we are looking for a female and vegetarian. We don't mind if you eat meat outside the house but don't want any in the kitchen or shared fridge.
