We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our home in Stoke Newington.

The double room is in a converted warehouse sharing with 3 others.

Located in vibrant Stokey, we are just 5mins walk to lots of bars restaurants and coffee shops on Church street and Kingsland road.

We are all ranging between 28 and 46, so a similar age range would be good but not crucial.

The overground station is just 2mins walk which can take you to Liverpool street in 14mins or up to Seven Sisters (Victoria line) in 4mins.
The area is very well connected with major bus routes also outside the station.

There is a communal courtyard / car park where we all have BBQs in the summer.

£1000 PCM. All bills are included: Council tax, Water, Internet, Gas and electric.

Deposit is £1000 but will be used as the last months rent to cover the leaving notice period.

Room has a bed and some items that you can keep or I can remove easily.
