Unfortunately two of our best flat mates are leaving the property soon and we are looking for someone new to move in..
Preferably a single guy or a couple just to keep the balance! (There’s only so much oestrogen a flat needs) ha

We all get along pretty well and enjoy cooking meals and having drinks together and are looking for someone who will fit in well with the rest of the group.

Double bedroom available in our amazing 7 bedroom warehouse conversion in Stoke Newington. Sharing with 2 couples and 4 girls.

The room is a good size and has a mezzanine level in half of it. There is a large window with direct sunlight. Price is £1040 for a couple and £990 for a single person.

The flat is on the ground floor, with a HUGE open plan kitchen living room and shared desk area with studio. The space has two bathrooms, one has a bath/shower, the other has a shower. three fridge freezers and massive sliding doors opening onto an outdoor courtyard.

This area is really nice and friendly. It's generally quiet in the week and can get quite fun and lively at the weekend. We have the odd little party but this isn't a big 'party' house. We like to keep the communal areas clean, tidy and stress free, we also have a cleaner every week included in rent.

It is situated very close to Stoke Newington train station, and very close to Church street, with great shops, restaurants and pubs, it's a lovely area. Also really close to the canal and amazing Lea Valley and has off road parking.
