Hi there

We are 2 professionals working in the arts. We have a girl aged 7 years old, boy 4 years old,

We've got a loft room in a studio/bedsit style in our attic. Its got loads of light due to big skylights and is ensuite bathroom/shower with a kitchen and fridge. It would be good for someone that likes their own space and is situated in Stoke Newington.

We need someone quite chill as we have kids - They sleep very well though - We have never had complaints due to noise from kids.

The room is entered through the house but is quite separate in the attic. It is spacious, modern and minimalist.

We are looking for someone that fits right that would like to live with our small family.
Considerate, clean and not too noisy.

All tenants have stayed here a long time and all have been very happy.

Tenants love the airy and open feel to the room.

Our current tenant has been very happy here but moving city due to a job posting.

The area is vibrant and has great transport links. There is a very close large supermarket and parks etc.
