All inclusive Double Rooms in N16

Both rooms are available from 1st Feb 2020.

My lovely housemates are moving out :( one to move South and the other to go travelling.

Both rooms are spacious and furnished within a top-floor maisonette flat on Green Lanes.

The flat has a big kitchen and shared living/dining room. We have Sky TV and a cleaner every two weeks, which is included in the total rent. All bills are included!

We have a separate toilet and bathroom.

About me: I work in film and work long hours so like a relaxed and quiet home, so someone who is considerate and likes an early night during the week is definitely preferred!

It’s not a party house, but we occasionally have friends over for dinner.

I’m vegetarian and although would prefer to live with other veggies, someone who is mostly veggie or rarely cooks meat is also fine.

I’m very respectful and friendly and into the usual things (Netflix, cinema, park walks, music, chilling out).

Our landlord has loads of properties and is quick to arrange a handyman when we need it.

I was meant to live here for 6 months but it’s been 3 years so far! It’s very convenient and a decent price.
