A furnished large double bedroom with private garden has become available in our lovely 4-bedroom flat, 10 minutes from Stoke Newington Overground, and a short 10 minute bus journey to Finsbury Park, with easy connections into the city via Victoria Line (trains every 1 min during rush hour). It's a lovely spacious room on the ground floor with lots of natural daylight, an outdoor garden with immediate access from this bedroom, and modern interior. We have all the amenities (washing machine, dishwasher etc.) This huge double bedroom is really bright and spacious. The room is furnished, we have a white framed double bed with mattress, a sofa, 2x chest of drawers, a clothes rail plus optional extras. Rent for this room is £950, and bills usually come to £95 a month, for Internet/TV, Council tax, water, electricity (subject to rising energy costs, the flat has no gas), TV licence. We also live a 10 minute walk from vibrant Church St, with its various cafes, shops, pubs, as well as Clissold Park and Leisure Centre. There is an optional parking pace within our secure underground car park.

About us

We are three female friends and we all have professional jobs in the city, in the NHS and recruitment sectors. We are fun, outgoing people, who love to socialise but also enjoy keeping our space a happy, clean, and respectful home. We love having friends over to share a few glasses of wine, but equally love a night in our pyjamas watching films or First Dates (a firm favourite).
