There is a shared bathroom, next to the bedroom, a shared kitchen-diner, living room and a lovely garden. Relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent transport links less than 5 minutes walk away:
Bus routes (73, 106, 393, 243, 149, 67+ others). Rectory Road and Stoke Newington Railway Stations are both an 8 minute walk away. Journey time from either station to Liverpool Street: 15-17 minutes.

Local amenities:
Corner shops, Stoke Newington High St, and Stoke Newington Church St are all very close by as is the local leisure centre, local parks and Lea Valley Park.

We are welcoming and friendly. We have wide interests including walking, swimming, making things, photography, politics.
