We have a double bedroom to let in a small, homely flat on Stoke Newington Church Street. It's situated on the 3rd floor (with lift!) in a block of flats opposite Clissold Park.

You’ll be sharing with one male (Matt, that’s me) and one female (Ruth).

The room comes furnished with a double bed with drawers underneath, a wardrobe and a desk (optional).. The room has recently been fitted with a (nice) new carpet.

The flat has a lovely front room with bay windows where we often hang out. We're quite a sociable household – we sometimes cook together, watch films, listen to music together and go out for a drink occasionally - but we also respect each other’s privacy and there is no obligation to join in. We’re into going to gigs, reading, the arts generally and watching films. etc. If you’re into weird music then that’s all the better.

The property is rented through a landlord who is very approachable.
Deposit is £650
Rent is £665 per month
Bills are roughly £74 per month
The rent is due on the 1st of every month.

The room will be available from the 1st of December 2019.

Ps, pictures of the room are from last year when I lived in the room, so don’t expect it to come with the nice plants, bookshelves, and everything else :)
