Stokey- Double Room In Fab Flat! (£730 + bills)

Hello! 

We live in a deceptively spacious 4 bed pad, above a picture framer- 3 girls and a guy. Amanda is moving out to start a new adventure so we are looking for a lovely, 5th team member. Male (Ideally) to keep the equilibrium but we are, as ever open minded. 

The room is a decent double on the 1st floor, partly furnished with natural morning sunlight, overlooking the rear gardens.

We are all between 29 -34, Meg works in film/documentary production, Whitney works in design/media/art (and plenty of other things) Maria is an architect/interior designer and Durassie is an actor. We have a kind of hippy approach to the living situation, we work on a trust basis, share most things and cook proper food together, mostly vegetarian, and for each other when possible, so we would like someone that is keen to get involved with that. We're all friends and we all very much treat it as a home rather than accommodation, this is important to us and we would like the new member to have a similar approach! We have furniture and plants that we have accumulated along the way and most essentially a decent sound system and record player. We love music, hosting, socialising and watching films - we have projector on which regularly watch films/tv in the large living room. However on an average day and during the week the house is pretty quiet, and chilled. Also decent sized kitchen with dining table, one bathroom and an additional toilet. We have a cleaner that comes once a week, and we are all generally tidy and clean. We currently have an expanding music lounge with various instruments so any musical talents a plus.

The house is extremely conveniently located in Stoke Newington, between Church St. & Newington Green. 10 minutes walk from Dalston or Canonbury overground stations. Opposite a bus stop, a health food store, two lovely homely cafes with gardens and a tattoo parlour, what more do you need? 

We are looking for someone to move ideally 17th feb, but there's some flexibility.

The rent is £730 per month with bills up to around 50 max.
