I'm moving out in order to do further study. There will be two occupant here. Lenny (33) is currently WFH and is set up on the kitchen table. Matt (27) is a student. The house is a really great property. Its split over three levels. Lenny has an en suite and the main bathroom is shared with one other person, and that person has their own toilet so they only use the shared bathroom to shower - its almost as good as an ensuite!

The place is spacious and has generally been a fantastic place to live. I'm really glad that I was here over the various lockdowns. Having the roof terrace has been a godsend.

The bedroom originally came unfurnished. I am including the pics of the room as it was when we moved in and what it looks like now with the addition of a bed, a desk and drawers. Any of these could stay if you want.

The contract is currently live and ends in May. So, this is suitable to let until then. There will be the option to extend the contract then is you wish to stay longer. You don't need to be a neatfreak, but there is a general understanding of clearing up and not being too much of a slob. Lenny is a chilled guy who loves football and cricket. Having lived with him for 3 years I can say he is a lovely bloke and easy to live with. Matt is a student and is also a really nice bloke. Both very easy to live with. Everyone is friendly but also respectful of each others' space.
