Double room in nice 2 bed flat in Stratford

Hello! My current flatmate is moving out in mid September, so I am looking for someone to move in at around the same time..

The flat is nice and in a good area. It is 15 mins walk up to Stratford (there are also regular buses) and 10 mins walk to West Ham station, so good transport links. I moved into the flat when I moved up to London a few years ago and consider myself lucky to have found it.

The flat and the room are fully furnished, including kitchen stuff like pans, plates, cutlery etc. We would split the bills which are currently around £190 per month, so £95 each.. This includes high speed wifi and Sky with Sky Sports (willing to knock a bit off if you're not a sports fan!).

I'm a pretty affable guy, perhaps a bit shy before I get to know people, but sociable and easy to get on with. I lived with my previous flatmate for three years and we always got on well enough and had no arguments over the cleaning or anything, so I like to think I am a good flatmate! I am clean and tidy, I clear up after myself, and I don't have any annoying habits or spend ages in the bathroom.

I have fairly normal interests I guess, I like watching films and going to the cinema, listening to music - mainly rock/punk but I have a soft spot for a bit of pop! - and watching sport, in particular football, baseball and NFL. I watch a fair bit of telly too, mostly the big US shows like game of thrones etc. I also enjoy nights out and going to gigs.
