Double Room in Modern, Spacious Flat with En-suite

Hey Guys, I have a double room available in a modern, spacious maisonette flat in E15. It is opposite Maryland station (on the brand new Elizabeth Line) and a 6-7 min walk to Stratford station and Westfield. Therefore it is very conveniently located for travelling into central London, East London and Canary Wharf with journey times no more than 20 mins.

The room is on the ground floor and you will have your own bathroom to wash and groom to your heart's content! There is a shared living room and kitchen which opens out onto a large communal garden/patio. There is a cleaning service every two weeks which includes bed-changing if you want it.

I'm looking for a fun and engaging young professional who is open minded, tidy and sociable and appreciates the relaxed vibe of a shared living space and as a refuge from the hectic city. I also love to cook and bake for people so expect to be my occasional culinary guinea pig :)
