Single room for rent

This is a single bedroom in a Victorian house located within walking distance of Stratford Station which is an ideal hub for all destinations in or close to London. The room is on the first floor and overlooks an attractive garden with a conservatory. I am a live-in landlord looking for someone reliable, polite and reasonably well educated who is looking for a room to use whilst working ( professionals preferred ) or studying for university and beyond. I can speak a little Spanish. I am chatty and amenable to conversation but respect the privacy of any tenant. There are shared amenities including a front room with TV which can be used fairly informally though I like to watch TV when I'm in at night. I'm often out during the day or evening. There is free broadband and a large well-equipped kitchen and dining room combined. This is a house with a lot of history and I am looking for a tenant who will enjoy the house and keep the kitchen and room tidy at all times. I enjoy cooking and don't mind occasionally cooking for others. I lead an active and busy life.
