This is a double bedroom for one person to stay in our clean homely house share with light-minded working professionals.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, lots of storage spaces, etc and share a toilet bathroom with ONE other housemate.
*Other housemates' rooms are ensuite.

Own designated cupboard storage space in the kitchen and fridge, share with one other housemate only.

The room is in a private Victorian mid-terrace home share with clean, friendly, sociable, caring, considerate working professionals.

Sharing fully equipped kitchen, extra guest toilet, laundry facility, furnished dining/living room, outside BBQ patio, designated outside smoking area & tennis court in the park.

24hr buses to central London
Excellent transport link with walking distance to Stratford international, underground, overground, DLR & rails

5 - 10mins walking distance to Stratford shopping center, Stratford Westfield & Olympic Park.

Walking distance to many shops, pubs, restaurants, gyms, cinemas & parks in the area.

Monthly rental £630 includes all bills: metered gas & electric, metered water, heating, council tax, wifi and occasional cleaner for common areas.

One month deposit & one-month advance.
Minimum of three months rental.

Looking for a person that likes to keep things clean and tidy, helpful to keep the house safe & clean, trustworthy, responsible, friendly, sociable, considerate, respectful & compatible with us.

*Not suitable if working on night shifts or benefits seeker*

Preferably above 25 years of age for compatibility.

Current housemate leaving.
