The flat is calm and friendly, and keeping it clean and tidy matters to me. I'm looking for someone who feels the same, no strict rota, just everyone doing their fair share and being considerate of the shared spaces. I'm sociable but also respectful of your space and privacy, so it suits someone who wants a proper home.
