4 bed mid-terrace on the back street away from main road. Friendly long-term neighbours.
Rest of the house is basic but tidy and clean.
Parking is available on street but we will have to register you with Newham Council.
Will be sharing with 1 female and 1 male full time professionals. We are friendly and considerate.

=Looking for=
Ideally looking for someone who is comfortable in the own space and respects the comfort and privacy of others. Looking for tidy and respectful housemates. Ideal if you just want a place to rest and recuperate.

Not suitable for couples (one room - one person).

CLEANLINESS - we need the property to be clean, that is whoever we choose to move in, must be clean and understand basic hygiene, for example, if you make a mess or use dishes, you must "clean as you go" immediately and not leave it for another person to clean your dishes the next day. Contribute towards the cleanliness of the property.
PEACEFUL - We are looking for a peaceful person, which means you should have consideration towards others.
