Big cheap double bed room for 1 FEMALE, bills inc

One good sized double bed furnished room on ground floor at back of house looking out to backyard available in Stratford house-share for ONE FEMALE preferably for long term rent (minimum 9 months).

Before any viewings are done you need to supply the following information about yourself: your profession and working days and times and WFH or not, when and how long you need the room for, why you are leaving your current place, what sort of house /flatmates you are looking for, your age, and any other information you might like to add. Then afterwards, if a suitable match, a viewing will be arranged.

This is a quiet, clean, non-smoking, friendly, working professionals, vaccinated & covid rules following household who is looking for the same in the new FEMALE flatmate. We don't mind what she does for her work/study/freelance but we want a quiet household after midnight Sun-Thurs when everyone is sleeping so we want to find a fourth person to join us who is similar. (sorry shift workers not accepted).

Room has double bed & mattress, built in cupboard, 1 medium & 1 small chest of draws, 2 large shelving units, bedside table, small lamp, mirror, drying rack, door hooks, floor rug, bin, carpet, and big window. Room doesn't have a desk if you need to WFH but there's space in the room if you want to add yourself.

House is fully furnished and includes big shared lounge room with Virgin tv package & Netflix, two big fridge/freezers, central gas heating, electric shower over bath, 2nd toilet out back, washing machine but no dryer, and big backyard with storage sheds for bike, luggage etc.
Tenants share in the cleaning, household chores, yard/lawn care etc

ALL bills (except not landline phone calls) are included in the price and also shared items/cleaning products too.

Currently sharing with one Australian female, 48, law firm finance, WFH 2 days, and one Vietnamese male, 28, accountant WFH 5 days, and one Brazilian, male, 40 in-between project management jobs currently stewarting, security & delivery driving. This is a very quiet house not a party place.

Lots of transport links from Stratford station, in zone 2/3, Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, overland trains and Stratford International. Buses 69, 257, N8 at end of our street or about 15 minute walk to Stratford station or 5 mins walk to Maryland station which is only 500m away.
15 minute walk to Westfield shopping centre and the Olympic Park. Several other lovely parks and open spaces close by.
